Your tasks

• Further development of our low-code platform FLOWNIQ in Clojure, with an eye on quality, maintainability and long-term viability
• Holistic work on the system: backend, frontend and everything in between, without artificial dividing lines
• Helping shape the system and software architecture and actively developing technical standards
• Writing robust tests and performing code reviews as a natural part of your work
• Considering infrastructure, dependencies and operations beyond the git push
• Close collaboration with business stakeholders, including your own ideas and constructive feedback
• Sensible use of AI in development, with a clear understanding of its possibilities and limits

Your profile

• Experience with Clojure or another functional programming language in production systems
• You see functional programming not as a fad but as a way to build complex systems with less potential for errors
• Willingness to look at a system holistically, no reservations about frontend or backend
• Code reviews and tests are a normal part of professional software development for you
• You contribute your own ideas and give constructive feedback when working with business stakeholders
• An understanding that software development doesn't end at git push but also includes infrastructure and dependencies
• Enjoyment in advancing the overall architecture together with the team
• A nuanced view of AI: you recognize the advantages but also know the limits

Your tasks

• Taking over project planning, execution and control across the entire project lifecycle
• Responsibility for quotation and order processing
• Leading national and international digitalization projects
• Project controlling to ensure project goals are met (deadlines, costs, quality, etc.)
• Ensuring successful project delivery using agile and classic project management methods
• Managing internal and external communication as well as customer interaction
• Defining planning scenarios and developing concepts
• Steering projects from briefing to go-live
• Coordinating the implementation and acceptance of solutions with the relevant departments
• Point of contact between B2B customers, the business units and IT
• Analyzing and optimizing ongoing processes, interfaces and structures within the projects
• Regular and transparent documentation of project progress

Your profile

• You have a completed degree with a technical or business focus, or a comparable qualification
• Relevant professional experience as well as hands-on experience in project management and the implementation of digital transformation processes
• You have good IT skills and experience with ticketing systems (e.g. Jira or Github) as well as project management tools
• Entrepreneurial thinking, enthusiasm and very good communication skills set you apart
• You have a quick grasp and analytical thinking
• You find pragmatic solutions to emerging challenges and tackle tasks proactively
• You have an independent and structured way of working
• You have very good German and good English skills, written and spoken
• You are confident using the common office programs

Your tasks

• Advancing our delivery process and building robust structures for planning, prioritization and execution
• Translating business goals into concrete, actionable work packages and accompanying development cycles from idea to delivery
• Sparring for product, engineering and adjacent functions, with a focus on outcome orientation and clear responsibilities
• Hands-on work on SOC 2 and enterprise readiness, including coordination of audits, evidence collection, controls and follow-ups
• Building and embedding security processes in areas such as AI usage, access, logging, deployment and governance
• Translating compliance requirements into practical organizational and technical measures
• A reliable interface to demanding enterprise customers, including in regulated environments
• Independently taking on complex, fuzzy or new topics - with ownership from structuring to implementation
• Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, product, management and external stakeholders

Your profile

• Several years of relevant experience (ideally approx. 8+ years) in SaaS, tech, start-up, consulting or enterprise delivery
• High level of ownership, strong self-organization and the ability to successfully deliver complex topics without close micromanagement
• Solid technical understanding with proximity to engineering, infrastructure or systemic platform topics
• Experience with compliance-, security- or audit-related requirements (e.g. SOC 2, ISO-oriented setups or comparable structures)
• Experience with process design, delivery structures or operational organizational development
• A confident presence with engineers, management, customers and external auditors
• Thinking in systems, dependencies and impact, not just in individual tasks
• Switching between a strategic perspective and operational implementation comes easily to you
• You prioritize clearly, communicate precisely and maintain momentum
• Bonus points: experience in banking, fintech or regulated environments, in audit-driven organizations, with DevOps, cloud or security tooling, as well as from demanding consulting or transformation contexts

What you’ll do

• Run demos all day, every day, morning to evening. This isn’t a side task next to the “real” job. This is the job.
• Convert the 8-10 daily enterprise calls your SDR delivers into closed business.
• Own the full cycle: discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, signature. The deal is yours from the first touch to the last.

What you bring

• A multi-year track record (3+ years) of taking enterprise demo calls daily, day in, day out.
• Personally closed €2M+ in pipeline per year, consistently, over the last several years. Yours, not your team’s number.
• Consistent quota overachievement, not a one-off.
• Hands-on, scale-up mentality. You build the process when it’s missing instead of waiting for one.
• Fluent German and English, both at business level.
