Senior Clojure Developer (f/m/d)

Frankfurt, Potsdam, Dubai or remoteFull-time or part-time

For a decade and a half, United Signals has supported companies in automating work processes and digitalizing paper-based end-customer offerings. Our focus is on financial service providers such as banks and asset managers - an environment where we have built a strong name even among the industry's biggest players.

With our low-code platform FLOWNIQ, we now bring the high standards of the financial industry to other sectors as well, for the direct benefit of our customers.

To advance FLOWNIQ, we're looking for you as a Senior Clojure Developer. You'll work on a growing platform with real technical depth and genuine room to shape things - close to the architecture, close to the product and close to the real-world use cases of demanding customers.

Your tasks

  • Further development of our low-code platform FLOWNIQ in Clojure, with an eye on quality, maintainability and long-term viability
  • Holistic work on the system: backend, frontend and everything in between, without artificial dividing lines
  • Helping shape the system and software architecture and actively developing technical standards
  • Writing robust tests and performing code reviews as a natural part of your work
  • Considering infrastructure, dependencies and operations beyond the git push
  • Close collaboration with business stakeholders, including your own ideas and constructive feedback
  • Sensible use of AI in development, with a clear understanding of its possibilities and limits

Your profile

  • Experience with Clojure or another functional programming language in production systems
  • You see functional programming not as a fad but as a way to build complex systems with less potential for errors
  • Willingness to look at a system holistically, no reservations about frontend or backend
  • Code reviews and tests are a normal part of professional software development for you
  • You contribute your own ideas and give constructive feedback when working with business stakeholders
  • An understanding that software development doesn't end at git push but also includes infrastructure and dependencies
  • Enjoyment in advancing the overall architecture together with the team
  • A nuanced view of AI: you recognize the advantages but also know the limits

Benefits

  • Very interesting technical challenges on a growing low-code platform
  • Great personal freedom to act and real influence
  • Fair compensation
  • A family-like environment with hierarchies kept to the bare minimum
  • Diverse opportunities to develop and grow professionally
  • A share in the success of a growing product and company

Your tasks

  • Taking over project planning, execution and control across the entire project lifecycle
  • Responsibility for quotation and order processing
  • Leading national and international digitalization projects
  • Project controlling to ensure project goals are met (deadlines, costs, quality, etc.)
  • Ensuring successful project delivery using agile and classic project management methods

Senior Generalist / Execution Lead (Process, Security, Delivery) (f/m/d)

Remote in GermanyFull-time

We are an up-and-coming SaaS company with a demanding B2B and enterprise environment. Our products and internal structures are evolving continuously - with high quality standards, a clear delivery focus and the growing relevance of security, compliance and AI.

For a central role at the intersection of process, delivery, security and cross-functional execution, we're looking for an experienced, highly independent personality who doesn't administer complex topics but drives them forward. You bring structure to complex topics, steer critical initiatives and make sure that requirements turn into reliable results.

This is not a classic line function and not a role for someone who depends on tight guidelines. We're looking for a person who creates clarity, takes ownership and combines operational excellence with strategic understanding.

Your tasks

  • Advancing our delivery process and building robust structures for planning, prioritization and execution
  • Translating business goals into concrete, actionable work packages and accompanying development cycles from idea to delivery
  • Sparring for product, engineering and adjacent functions, with a focus on outcome orientation and clear responsibilities
  • Hands-on work on SOC 2 and enterprise readiness, including coordination of audits, evidence collection, controls and follow-ups
  • Building and embedding security processes in areas such as AI usage, access, logging, deployment and governance
  • Translating compliance requirements into practical organizational and technical measures
  • A reliable interface to demanding enterprise customers, including in regulated environments
  • Independently taking on complex, fuzzy or new topics - with ownership from structuring to implementation
  • Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, product, management and external stakeholders

Your profile

  • Several years of relevant experience (ideally approx. 8+ years) in SaaS, tech, start-up, consulting or enterprise delivery
  • High level of ownership, strong self-organization and the ability to successfully deliver complex topics without close micromanagement
  • Solid technical understanding with proximity to engineering, infrastructure or systemic platform topics
  • Experience with compliance-, security- or audit-related requirements (e.g. SOC 2, ISO-oriented setups or comparable structures)
  • Experience with process design, delivery structures or operational organizational development
  • A confident presence with engineers, management, customers and external auditors
  • Thinking in systems, dependencies and impact, not just in individual tasks
  • Switching between a strategic perspective and operational implementation comes easily to you
  • You prioritize clearly, communicate precisely and maintain momentum
  • Bonus points: experience in banking, fintech or regulated environments, in audit-driven organizations, with DevOps, cloud or security tooling, as well as from demanding consulting or transformation contexts

Benefits

  • 100% remote within Germany
  • Full-time position with a high degree of ownership and real room to shape things
  • Direct influence on central company areas: delivery, security, organizational maturity and customer trust
  • Work in an ambitious SaaS/enterprise environment with demanding B2B customers
  • Responsibility isn't just promised but actually handed over
  • A build-up character: close to implementation rather than an anonymous corporate function
  • Highly relevant topics - security, compliance, AI and enterprise readiness
  • Flat structures and close collaboration with engineering, product and management

Enterprise Account Executive (f/m/d)

Frankfurt, Dubai or remoteFull-timeStart: August 2026

Read this before you apply: This is not a role for managing relationships, sitting in meetings, and calling it a day.

You take demos all day, morning to evening. Your SDR feeds you 8-10 qualified calls every day, and your job is to turn them into signed deals: first contact to close, the full cycle, owned by you. If that sounds like a great day for you, keep reading.

United Signals is one of the leading digitalization and AI partners for the financial industry. For over 10 years we have helped banks, asset managers and financial services firms replace manual processes with intelligent digital workflows. Today our no-code platform, FLOWNIQ, enables organizations to automate and scale complex operations with AI. We are entering our next phase of growth and rapidly expanding our sales organization - you will work with leading financial institutions across Europe and the GCC, and your impact will be visible from day one.

What you’ll do

  • Run demos all day, every day, morning to evening. This isn’t a side task next to the “real” job. This is the job.
  • Convert the 8-10 daily enterprise calls your SDR delivers into closed business.
  • Own the full cycle: discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, signature. The deal is yours from the first touch to the last.

What you bring

Non-negotiable - if you can’t tick these, this isn’t the right role:

  • A multi-year track record (3+ years) of taking enterprise demo calls daily, day in, day out.
  • Personally closed €2M+ in pipeline per year, consistently, over the last several years. Yours, not your team’s number.
  • Consistent quota overachievement, not a one-off.
  • Hands-on, scale-up mentality. You build the process when it’s missing instead of waiting for one.
  • Fluent German and English, both at business level.

What we offer

  • A real seat at the table while we build the sales org - you shape it, you don’t inherit it.
  • A warm pipeline from day one through your dedicated SDR.
  • The chance to close deals with financial institutions, on a proven product with great references.
  • Compensation negotiated individually; strong performers are rewarded accordingly. Bring the numbers, we’ll talk.
